The complainant has accused Yasir’s friend Farhan befriended the girl online and enticed her into a relationship on the promise of marriage and buying a car and a flat. He later allegedly raped the minor girl at gunpoint and also recorded the act on camera.
Meanwhile, Yasir is accused of threatening the girl against opening her mouth, or otherwise, the video would be leaked. Yasir also told the girl not to tell anyone about the rape and to marry Farhan instead.
