Babar – one of the modern-day greats – has scored nearly 8,500 international runs. In his 6-year-old career, he has 20 international centuries to his name. His phenomenal records make him one of the most reliable batsmen Pakistan has ever produced. He is also ranked among the fabulous five. The other four are India’s Virat Kohli, New Zealand’s Kane Williamson, England’s Joe Root, and Australia’s Steve Smith.
The upcoming T20 World Cup will be Babar Azam’s first-ever in his career, both as a batsman and a captain. His fans and critics would keenly watch his every move in the world cup, and so will we.
