Arshad Tanoli, the owner of Muzaffarabad Tigers has vowed to win the second edition of the Kashmir Premier League (KPL) 2021.
Mohammad Hafeez-led Muzaffarabad Tigers dominated the tournament as well as most of the final of the KPL 2021 against Shahid Afridi’s Rawalakot Hawks earlier this month. However, they lost the title after a dramatic turn-around in the last over of the final.
Speaking with the media today, the team owner Arshad Khan Tanoli said that defeat is part of the game.
“When two teams play, only one has to win. We were considered the favorite team of the tournament. There were some mistakes in the final. We will work out on them. Will not give up and after working hard, we will return to the field.”

He said that the Kashmir Premier League was successfully achieved its goal, and conveyed the positive message of Kashmir to the whole world.
“League matches were shown all over the world, the fans enjoyed the best cricket … The successful organization of the event brought to the notice of the United Nations that the peace-loving people live on this side of the Line of Control who love cricket very much and they want to see international stars here in action.”
Tanoli thanked the fans for their support and for making the league a success. He appealed to the fans to continue supporting KPL and Muzaffarabad Tigers, it increases their morale.
The second edition of the Kashmir Premier League will also be held in Muzaffarabad next year.
